A meal to remember

Ever since I was little, I would watch my mother while she was in the kitchen, she made many meals ranging from chow Mein, to eggrolls, to spaghetti, but my favorite was her Chicken adobo. It is chunks of chicken breast marinated in soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper, and garlic, cooked in a saucepan with chopped in onions, and bay leaves, I prefer it over rice or even alone with a chicken ceaser salad sprinkled with croutons and parmesan cheese. Another one of my favorite foods of hers is her eggrolls, made with ground pork, peas, green beans, corn, and lima beans, after wrapping it with the eggroll wrappers you fry it, I prefer to eat this alone or dipped in soy sauce. Every weekend me and my Brother, seth attempt at cooking something new, usually a dessert. A few weeks ago we attempted at making red velvet cupcakes but when they were done we found out we were out of frosting so we tried to make our own cream cheese frosting, we made it by thoroughly mixing cream cheese, sugar, and butter together, which ended up delicious on the cupcakes.
